“Your Son is Expecting You”

I Samuel 2:11-21

  I. To teach them thankfulness.

      We should be an example to our children so that they know where we are going to be at church time.

      You have to make up your mind to be faithful.

 II. To teach him to care.

       His mother made him a coat and brought it to him showing that she cared.

III. To teach him to be honest with God.

       His mother was honest before God when she asked for Samuel.

IV. To stand with the service.

       Samuel was proud to be serving the Lord.

       No other satisfaction than serving God.

  V. To continue to worship.

       Hannah worshiped God when the blessings weren’t there.

       You worship God despite what others are doing.

       They are watching to see how you respond.
