“Save a Pot of Oil”

I. Sad circumstances
This woman had lost her leader.
II. The pot of oil. (A Small vessel of oil) – For anointing.
This represents the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Filling of the Holy Spirit is not a one time event.
God wants to empty you of all of your self-centeredness.
You can get so busy you leave God out of your life.
The widow went to the man of God (he was in place of God to her)
The husband may have instilled in them the importance to save the pot of oil.
