Novice – Newly planted, just getting saved; not strongly rooted.
The man of God needs to be one that has gone through a storm.
He must have experience in the Word.
He must have experience with the world.
He must have experience with the work. (Learn how to deal with the people)
He should be a man of character.
The character of the church carries with it the character of the preacher.
