I. It focuses on the workers.

      We get our focus back on those that sacrifice their lives for their ministry.

  II. This is where Jesus is. Vs. 18

       Jesus pulls us aside sometimes to realign us.

III. It is a time of refocusing.

      We need to realize where the power is coming from.

      We need to realize where the people are.

      We need to realize what the world needs.

IV. It is a time of recharging. vs. 20

      He is going to be with you all the way!
