I. We ought to leave fond memories of our work.
Their business was God’s business.
Real faith ought to express itself. James 2:18
Our faith is displayed by the works that we do.
II. We ought to leave fond memories of our labour of love.
Labour of love – intense labor with trouble.
They didn’t quit their misson over trouble.
Love is a job, not a word.
III. We ought to leave fond memories of patience of hope.
You better get the doctrine settled in your life.
You don’t have to be athletic or super spiritual, just be faithful.
Their hope looked beyond their present problem.
You don’t always have to be the best Christian, as long as your hope is in Him.
IV. The fond memories of Transparency.
Everything we do should be for the Lord.
