“I am Thankful for the Cross”

Why am I thankful for the Cross?

  I. The Grace of God that is shown through the cross.

      A. Be reminded – He didn’t need the cross.

      B. He knew we needed the cross.

II. The Gift of God that was displayed on the cross.

      This gift is not ever deserved to be gotten. Luke 23:25-27

III. The Goodness of God that was shown on the cross. Rom 2:4

       Ready to forgive Psalm 86:5

IV. The Glory of the Cross. Gal. 6:14

       A. Our glory should not be in ourselves or in others.

       B. We don’t glory in the cross because we are not thankful.
